Great Northern Beans is a type of white beans. It is like other beans, high in fiber. Great Northern beans contain rich amounts of B vitamins. They also supply 6 percent of your requirements for niacin and riboflavin.

  1. Open a can of organic great northern beans
  2. Use Littoes grater piece to drain the water 
  3. Rinse the beans very well 
  4. Boil the beans for 5 minutes
  5. Wait for the beans to cool and rub skin/shell off
  6. Place beans on a waffle stick and mash with Littoes spoon
